Shipping Rates

We offer the following standard shipping rates:

Orders of US$40 or more: Free standard shipping
Orders below US$40: US$6.99 standard shipping

The order value used to determine free-shipping eligibility is the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before any destination taxes, duties, or similar charges unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time is separate from delivery/transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After the order is dispatched, estimated delivery is:

United States and Europe: 7–15 business days
Other countries/regions: 15–30 business days

These delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations that can be serviced by our available carriers. In some cases, delivery may be unavailable because of carrier limitations, sanctions, local restrictions, remote-area limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, these charges are not included in our listed shipping fee and may be payable by the recipient.

Customs processing can also cause additional delivery delays.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided through the shipment notification or order status information. Tracking events may not appear immediately after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact support@orlqia.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the order enters processing or is dispatched.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Delayed Shipments

Delivery may be delayed by factors including customs, carrier congestion, severe weather, public holidays, remote locations, transportation disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your order is substantially delayed, contact us at support@orlqia.com with your order number so we can review the shipment information available to us.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If tracking shows a delivery problem or the package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier where appropriate.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or failure to complete customs procedures, we will review the circumstances and advise you of the available resolution. Additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

Fulfillment / Shipping Origin

We work with fulfillment facilities and warehouse partners in multiple regions worldwide.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations depending on product availability, inventory levels, the customer's delivery destination, and current logistics conditions.

Whenever possible, we will arrange fulfillment from an appropriate warehouse or fulfillment facility to support efficient delivery. The actual shipping origin may therefore vary from order to order.

For orders containing multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.

The shipping origin does not affect the shipping fee displayed at checkout. All applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery times are provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
